NFL Draft 2019: Oklahoma's Dru Samia drafted by Vikings

Former Oklahoma offensive lineman Dru Samia has been drafted by the Minnesota Vikings with the 12th pick in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Samia is one of the most experienced linemen in the draft, playing four seasons with the Sooners. He played in 52 games, starting 48. He started his career playing right tackle, but moved to right guard for his final two seasons.

Samia was a seocond-team AP All-American selection and was also a 2018 Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year selection. He was also a recipient of the Don Key Award, which is considered the highest honor a Sooner can be given.
