James Gallogly attended his first OU Board of Regents meeting in which he gave a report criticizing the current financial situation of the University of Oklahoma Norman campus.

Gallogly said that he will begin working July 1 to improve OU's budget and seek more efficient spending methods. Read some of his remarks here:
