Stand-up comedian TJ Miller will perform a free show at 7 p.m. Thursday in Oklahoma Memorial Union's Meacham Auditorium.

Miller has a lengthy résumé that includes roles in "Our Idiot Brother" (2011), new release "Rock of Ages" and upcoming release "Seeking A Friend for the End of the World," which stars Steve Carell and Keira Knightly.

He is a regular on the round table of the cable show "Chelsea Lately" and was featured in "Variety" magazine as one of the top-10 comics to watch in 2008.

Special guest Nick Vatterott will make an appearance in Thursday’s comedy night. Vatterott made his debut performing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in 2010. He frequents comedy festivals, and his jokes have been published in "Time Out Chicago," "Time Out New York," "Dig This" and "Readers Digest."

Originally, Amy Schumer was set to perform but became unavailable due to a scheduling conflict, said Matt Farley, OU Summer Session spokesman.
