Former OU wrestler Ronnie Balfour dies of leukemia

OU wrestler Ronnie Balfour died Tuesday morning of complications related to acute myelgenous leukemia (AML) at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston.
The 19-year-old was diagnosed with AML as a freshman last year.
Balfour was a state champion as a senior at Tulsa Union High School and was named a junior All-American.
The OU athletic department will be collecting donations to help pay for Balfour’s medical bills.
There will be a candle lighting ceremony for Balfour tonight at his former highschool, Union Highschool in Tulsa.
