Women's basketball: Sooners release nonconference schedule

The OU women's basketball team released it's 14-game nonconference schedule Tuesday.

The schedule includes 10 games in Norman, three in Honolulu and one in Omaha, Neb.

The Sooners will start the season off with two exhibition games against NAIA Oklahoma Christian and Division II Henderson State.

OU will also play three games at the Rainbow Wahine Showdown in Honolulu against Arkansas, Oregon and Hawaii.

The Sooners kick off their season against Oklahoma Christian at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at Lloyd Noble Center.

Here is OU's 2012-13 women's basketball nonconference schedule:

Thursday, Nov. 1 vs. Oklahoma Christian (exhibition) at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 6 vs. Henderson State (exhibition) at 7 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 10 at Creighton in Omaha, Neb., at 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 14 vs. UCLA at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 18 vs. Saint Louis at 2 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 23 vs. Arkansas in Honolulu at 7 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 24 vs. Oregon in Honolulu at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 25 at Hawai'i in Honolulu at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 29 vs. Northwestern (La.) State at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 2 vs. Marist at 2 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 6 vs. North Texas at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 16 vs. Vanderbilt at 2 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 20 vs. UC Riverside at 7 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 29 vs. Cal State Northridge at 1 p.m.
