Mash-up band Girl Talk is coming to OU for a free concert Saturday on campus at a venue that has not yet been announced.

The show is part of the One Night Only concert series sponsored by AXE, the men’s hair product company, which announced the event via the company’s Facebook.

Sooners can stay on the lookout for a mobile truck that will give free tickets all day across campus for the show.

The truck will hand out tickets Friday about 1 p.m. in front of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, according to the Facebook event. The truck’s other locations will be revealed on AXE’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

The tour will include a performance by Girl Talk in eight college towns throughout the nation. OU will be the tour’s fourth stop.

Gregg Gillis, the musician behind Girl Talk, said the goal is to host the concerts in smaller venues, according to a promotional video released by AXE.
