UPDATE: Anissa Yeargain is no longer a contestant for the title of Mrs. Oklahoma 2010, stated Lauri Rottmayer, Mrs. Oklahoma Pageant executive, in an e-mail to The Daily.
"When we officially became aware of her conduct, her title was removed as it is a violation of the morals code that each contestant signs and agrees to," Rottmayer stated.
The current Ms. Norman and contestant for Mrs. Oklahoma International was arrested Feb. 7 for allegedly writing a bogus check in 2005, according to court documents.
Cleveland County Court documents stated Anissa Yeargain, formerly Anissa Gale Williams, 38, passed a $300 bogus check June 30, 2005, at the Sam’s Club in Norman.
Yeargain was released on $2,000 bond Feb. 8, according to court documents.
An employee with Cleveland County Detention Center confirmed the arrest of Yeargain.
According to court documents filed May 31, 2006, a warrant for Yeargain was issued in connection with the incident.
Anissa and her husband, James Yeargain, were ordered March 17, 2009 to pay $3,232.50 for dental services they received in 2007 and 2008.
They also were ordered to pay interest at the statutory rate and attorney fees, according to court documents.

well anissa telling me i will not be paid back she going to try to black mail me!if anissa gail does not pay me back soon after all these yrs! i have no choice to call the people because if anissa lies to me one more day i got nothing to lose lost all my money and last week burried my father in a military service last week!

well anissa called me about 120 times lieing to me that i get my money back only if i do not talk to any lawyers or judges that are over seeing her cause few months ago ... welll i did as she told me but now anissa is on record as telling me as i have a email from anissa gale yeargain telling me if i call the police or fbi she with love in her heart will going home murder 3 kids of hers and then take her life! this if 110 % true! and if anissa does not return my money wednesday i will call police-fbi and sending her threats she sent me that she will kill her kids! black mail me and other things ! and one who knows of her crimes!call the police have her arrested!

This person has really done a number on my late husbands family and there are 3 others out there that I know of she has done this to. Each time she moves on to the next one, her actions get worse. So if anyone has info they would like to share, please contact me.
