Martini & Rossi’s Asti Sparkling Wine.

I've decided now that summer's here, it’s time to celebrate. This week, we will be exploring the finer points of champagne.

This week’s wine of the week is Martini & Rossi’s Asti Sparkling wine.

And don’t worry, I wouldn’t lead you in the wrong direction by saying that Cristal is the only drinkable champagne no matter what the cost—Martini & Rossi’s is a good cheap wine, averaging around 16 dollars.

To be specific, enjoy the wine (like all sparkling wines) at a chilled temperature, preferably in an ice bucket which can be purchased at Wal-Mart for a good price.

Do not allow this wine to decant. Think of champagne like a bottle of cola -- once all of the bubbles have gone out it’s really not very good anymore.

Since the 1800’s, Martini & Rossi have been offering this fine wine at a good price from their distillery in Italy. The wine has a light taste full of a good fruity flavor ideal for a sparkling wine. Not to mention the wine is ideal in alcohol content. You will be feeling its effects after a glass or two.

So, to start the summer with a bang, try Martini & Rossi’s Asti Sparkling Wine which can be found for a good price at your local wine seller. Enjoy the wine and enjoy your summer!
