With hectic schedules and limited budgets, students often find it difficult to practice healthy eating habits.
Heather Hoffhines, a dietician at OU Health Sciences Center, takes psychology junior Reanna Brown grocery shopping and proves that you can eat a balanced diet on $50 a week, using foods that require little to no cooking.
