Woman reports attack, changes her story

Police responded to a possible stabbing Wednesday night on the 400 block of S. Lahoma Avenue.

The caller, a 32-year-old woman, made no mention of being injured when police officers arrived that night.

But on Thursday, the woman told police she had been beaten numerous times and that the beating caused internal injuries.

She also said four people were stalking her and leaving threatening notes on her doorstep.

Police said they did not observe any visible injuries and she had changed her story.
